I havent seen this kid in weeks,but he just came by house a half hour ago to tell me that him and two other people are moving to Cali by the second week in February. They found an apartment in Central L.A for 500 a month and they are gonna have enough money substain for a month or so and afterwards its all fate.
I can tell dude is nervous and I’m nervous for him too, but I think it will be the best for him. Anyone raised in Baltimore with dreams will tell you there is nothing for them in this shithole. He’s been going through a lot of shit these past few months( I mean A LOT of shit) but I hope whatever he is searching for In Cali. His family is even pushing him to go,so thats saying something. Shit, I’m so envious of his position right now, I wish i could go along with him too. Yo… honestly man, I’m mad proud of him. And its funny, lately he’s been giving the homies shit for calling him Lippy because he feels that its immature and childish. Well today… I called him Rodriguez for the very first time.
